A few honest answers

Is this a guarantee of AI rankings?

No. LLM answers vary between runs. This is a sample of buying-intent prompts on a stated date, not a guarantee of rankings, traffic or sales. Recommendations suggest useful work; they do not promise a particular model response.

Which models do you use?

We sample several configured models through OpenAI, Google Gemini and/or OpenRouter, which can include Claude. The report states the exact model identifiers and any unavailable responses. API answers can differ from consumer chat apps with browsing or personalisation enabled.

What exactly does share of voice mean?

It is your share of mentions among the brands tracked in this sample. A mention is not always an endorsement. We distinguish unbranded buying questions from questions that explicitly name your brand, and show recommendation order and sentiment separately.

When will I receive it?

Within 24 hours of payment, by email. You can also check the order status page shown after checkout. If a scan cannot be completed, we’ll be in touch.

Does this include ongoing monitoring?
